RENEWAL POLICY FOR AUTOMATICALLY RENEWING SUBSCRIPTIONS

We will charge or debit your payment method at the beginning of your subscription. Recurring Membership Plans Only: When we renew your Premium Membership subscription, we will use the payment method currently associated with your account. If your credit or debit account has been closed or your payment method is otherwise invalid, your subscription may not renew and your Premium Membership will revert to a Free Membership. If we are unable to collect payment prior to your renewal date, and you wish to retain your Premium Membership, you will be subject to current payment plan offerings. In certain cases, such as an expired card, our payment processor will contact the card issuing bank for updated information to allow the purchase to go through.

Until you cancel, billing will continue according to the cycle stated at the time of your purchase.

B: Seeking a Refund for Automatically Renewing Subscriptions

Monthly or Annual Premium Membership Subscriptions Purchased on Rocktie.com.

If after cancelling your automatically renewing annual or quarterly Premium Membership subscription you wish to receive a refund, you must email us with the request within thirty (7) days of your initial purchase or in the case of a renewal, no more than thirty (7) days after your renewal date. We will terminate your Premium Membership at the time of refund and your account will revert to Free Membership.

Cancelling a Non-Renewing Subscription Purchased through the Rocktie.com Website

If you wish to cancel your non-renewing Premium subscription, you must email us to cancel your subscription.

GIFT CREDITS POLICY

The Gift Credits may not be redeemed for cash, Premium membership or any other product. Void where prohibited.

Gift Credits allows the recipient to purchase digital gifts and sent to other members. All Gift Credits are sold on a non-renewal purchased.

POLICY UPDATES
